Created from a very rigid plastic skull mask is a Dia de los Muertos (Day of
the Dead) mask that can be worn on the face or hung on a wall. A mosaic design
of "web" and red glitter spider fabric has been glued to the surface of his
forehead and cheeks. Black dripping eyes highlighted with dripping red "blood"
are accented by 5x8mm ruby teardrop blood droplets. His black Top Hat has a red
hat band with a small black rose attached. The rose also has a scattering of
droplets. Spider webbing is interspersed, but can be easily removed if desired.

separately). Each mask is signed and dated and a small heart is added to the
inside. My motto is, "They may not be perfect, but they are made with love".

The mask measures approximately 8" x 13", including the top hat, and is rigid
plastic. After the decorative hand painting is done, it has been sealed to
protect the water based acrylic paint. The embellishments are then added.
